Warranty

  • The purchase invoice serves as the warranty for all your purchases.
  • All products come with a 2-year warranty.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by customer negligence, including improper use or storage not in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, such as exposure to sunlight or heat, natural disasters, or using incompatible or low-quality accessories. It also does not cover damage caused by drops or strong impacts, exposure to dust, dirt, water, liquids, or excessive humidity, as well as cases where the product has been intentionally opened by the customer or by unauthorized service centers, or damage caused by cut cables or wires.


Exchange & Return Policy

  • The customer has the right to exchange or return products within 7 days from the date of receiving the order by returning them to us.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. (Photos of the item may be requested before returning or exchanging the order.)

Return Process

  • Please contact our customer service team to assist you with the return process.
  • After receiving the product, it will be inspected by our technical team. If the product meets the return conditions and includes all accessories, approval for exchange or refund will be granted.

Approval / Rejection of Returns

  • Any replacement product will be shipped/delivered after contacting you to confirm your delivery address.
  • We do not replace products with different models unless the original item is out of stock. In such cases, your approval will be requested before processing.
  • In case of a refund, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
